The business workflow
TGBG Ops brings the company’s operational information and tasks into an application for administrators, office staff and technicians.
- Jobs, customers, vehicle assets and fleet records.
- Scheduling, dispatch, checklists and reporting.
- Time tracking, attachments, activity logs and user management.
My contribution
I developed the application during my part-time internship, building the workflows and supporting backend functionality. The work included API integration and deployment preparation.
Built around different roles
Technicians can view assigned jobs, complete checklists and track their time. The application includes authentication, role-based access and server-side validation. Zuper API credentials are handled on the server.
