The context
The GCC Menopause Hub brings together education, community and events. My part-time role covers the website and the technology supporting the organisation’s day-to-day work.
My responsibility
As the organisation’s sole IT professional, I manage the website, technical infrastructure, internal systems and digital files, and provide IT support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
- Maintain security updates and data integrity.
- Support digital operations and workflow automation.
