Before you choose it
- Internet access and a separately configured Cloudflare business workspace
- Windows x64 for the desktop beta; a modern browser for web access
- Source buyers need technical help with deployment and maintenance
- Every admitted staff member has full workspace access, including settings and backups
Current limits
- Currently in release testing; installed desktop and customer pilot checks remain
- 1.5 MB limit for structured records; suitability depends on quote size and history
- Messages are prepared, not automatically sent; customer decisions are recorded manually
- No accounting integration, online customer approval portal or per-staff permission levels
Running costs
- Cloudflare hosting, storage and any selected identity services are separate
- Any domain registration, backups and ongoing maintenance are separate
- No Rossi subscription is included or currently agreed
