Before you choose it
- Windows x64; clean Windows 11 installation testing remains
- Clearly printed English PDF, JPG or PNG documents, one complete invoice or receipt per file
- A person must check the extracted fields and totals before approval
- Local disk space and an independent backup routine
Current limits
- Beta release; extraction accuracy still needs trials on a wider set of permissioned documents
- Extracts document-level details and totals, not full invoice line items
- Up to 100 files per import, 25 MiB per file, 20 PDF pages and 40 megapixels per image
- Folio does not encrypt its local data; protect the Windows account and device
